Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and bodysuits are eligible for return only if defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
2. Package the item securely and include the order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective items, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference.
